My life has gotten in the way, once again. I hate to use that as an excuse, & normally I wouldn't, but for the past few days & have done nothing but run back & forth to the doctor's office in an attempt to get all the medical requirements taken care of for school. Kind of important.
And due to all that running back & forth, I'm not sleeping. Makes me want to jump off a bridge.
But, as of tomorrow morning, that running around should be done...for the time being. So tomorrow afternoon it's back on the bandwagon - no excuses. There's no reason that I can't find 30 minutes to workout.
Did anyone else experience this in the beginning, or is it just me?
I try to tell myself that three 10 minute workouts is at least something - and I'm sure you've got three 10 minute blocks of time. I hope? :) I've been pretty lazy at EVERYTHING this summer. I get motivated for a little while, and then something happens (the moon changes, nothing good comes in the mail, reruns kick in, it gets hot), and then I stop - sigh. What's our deal!?
ReplyDeleteIt's not just you. Until it really becomes a set routine, it's hard to squeeze in when you feel busy. I was at the point where I'd feel like my day was thrown off if I didn't get my workout in a long time ago, but I'm not there now! I need to get back... :)
ReplyDeleteThis sounds alot like me. I can exercise quite randomly (and by random, I mean 3-4 times a month which is too random to make a difference), but always fail at adding exercise to my regular routine or schedule.
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
I've experienced this plenty of times! When life gets complicated, exercising is the first thing to go.... then I have to get back on track again :) Don't worry - you can do this!
